What you send
The callback form asks for a phone number, a visit type, how you want the confirmation, and an optional day. That is the information we need to place you on the book.
How it is used
- To call or write you about an appointment at Skin Therapy.
- To remember the service you asked for, so the return call is specific.
- A copy may sit in your browser’s local storage on this device until you clear it.
What we do not do
We do not sell the number. We do not use it for a mailing list you did not ask for. We do not take a payment card on this site.
How long
We keep the request only as long as it takes to book the visit and keep ordinary salon records. Ask us to delete a number and we will, unless a receipt or booking note has to stay for a short legal window.
